This cozy lakefront vacation rental is located near Palmer, Alaska, and can accommodate up to 11 guests. There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom in this lower level unit. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full-size futon. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds that can be arranged according to guests needs as well as a trundle bed. There is also a selection of airbeds for additional sleeping space. The large bathroom features a dual sink vanity, a tub/shower combination, a toilet, and a stackable washer and dryer.

In the living room, guests will find two plush sofas, a chaise lounge, and a flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffeemaker. Cookware, dinnerware, and all utensils are provided. There is a dining nook in the living room with seating for four.

Outside, there is a private deck offering amazing lake and mountain views. Guests can grill up dinner on the BBQ and then head down to the lake for an evening sunset swim or paddle.

This 2,700 square foot getaway can be rented in its entirety or as two separate units. When rented as one, an interior staircase joins the two together allowing for up to 24 guests total. Each unit has a private entrance as well as a kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, laundry, and deck with a BBQ. The retreat comes equipped with heating, on-demand hot water, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a telephone, and laundry facilities. The host kindly provides towels and linens. There is a pack-n-play, a crib mattress, and a highchair for those traveling with small children. For guests entertainment, there are a variety of board games, books, and DVD movies. Parking is available on site.

Guests of the property will have direct access to the lake for swimming, fishing, and boating. There are complimentary lake toys, fishing gear, a dock, kayaks, a canoe, and boats, as well as bicycles.
