Marked hiking trails await throughout the area, allowing guests to explore the incredible beauty of the country's largest forest of Ponderosa Pine. There are six nearby golfing courses, including the Pinetop Country Club and the White Mountain Country Club. White Mountain Country Club also offers tennis. Guests can also enjoy skiing downhill at the spectacular Apache Sunrise. There are also many opportunities for fishing and boating with 450 miles of trout streams and over 40 lakes.
Guests should also take advantage of the incredible campgrounds throughout the area, perhaps by enjoying a picnic and a stroll. Two nearby stables offer horseback riding, while there is plenty of hunting to do in the area.
