We do have a rental agreement that we would appreciate each guest signing, if you have any issues with the agreement please feel free to message us with your concerns, we want to make each guests stay a pleasant one.
We also pride ourselves on being a pet friendly and we have no restrictions on size of dogs however we do like to know what type of pet you have just in case the little guy or girl gets out. We also have a $50.00 pet fee for up to (2) pets per stay, if you have more than two please just message us before booking so that we can accommodate your stay properly.
