The glamping site can be found in a small, friendly community bordered by native New Zealand forestry near Takaka on the north of the South Island. Right outside of the door, guests will have access to a gateway to Kahurangi National Park where there are miles of unspoiled beauty to explore. There are Sandflies in the evenings and early mornings, so repellent is necessary. Organic Repellent is available to purchase from hosts, as are fresh farm eggs and fresh seasonal garden produce.

In the summer, guests can head out for long hikes in the Kahurangi National Park before cooling off in the Anatoki River.

The rivers provide great kayaking and fishing for those thrill seekers. At this location, guests can go for nature walks, visit the waterfall, swim in in the host´s glorious river, visit night-time glow-worms, and go for day hikes. WThe property is 11 Km from the nearest township of Takaka, and from there the wonderful golden beaches of Golden Bay. There is also plenty of wildlife to spot, great for photography enthusiasts.
