The first floor of the lodge includes a game room with board games, puzzles and packs of cards, there is also a half bathroom on this floor, and the lodge's living room, which has opening double doors, a fireplace, a grand sweeping staircase and has lots of windows for views of the surrounding countryside. Additionally, there is a dining room with seating for ten people. An Arts-N-Kraft mantle hangs over the fireplace, which backs the living room's fireplace. Double doors open onto the expansive front porch that stretches along the front of the lodge, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, a blender, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven/stove, and a full-size refrigerator/freezer. There are seven bedrooms which can sleep 17 people comfortably, and there is additional sleeping available on the built-in window seat and couch downstairs; plus during warm weather there is a single bed on each screened-in porch. The Lodge has one full shower bathroom and one full bathtub bathroom. Entertainment wise, there is a 400 Disc DVD Player, an extensive movie collection, a 37" wide-screen LCD TV, a TV with VHS player, satelite DSL internet access, a stereo, a high chair plus a crib, an iron and ironing board and a first-aid kit. Linens are provided free of charge, and the accommodation has washer/dryer facilities.

There is a tourist information folder and a collection of books on the Adirondacks and more general subjects. Guests can enjoy indoor entertainment such as board games, puzzles, and a pack of cards. There is a computer and printer, a piano harp, and guitar if guests are musically inspired during their stay.

Outdoors, guests will find an outdoor charcoal grill.

In addition, there is also badminton, horseshoes, and volleyball facilities as well as a picnic table and outdoor benches for meals. There is a log cabin playhouse and gazebo and guests can stroll by the beautiful flower garden and decorative pond, and finally, the hammock is a great place to relax during the summer.

The hosts request that the glamping rental is left in the same condition in which it was rented. Failure to leave the accommodation in a presentable condition forfeits the deposit.
There is a refundable $500 security deposit for the property as well as a $500 refundable pet damage deposit as well. This will be held on the guest´s credit card.
