Set against Southern Utah’s unique landscape, this Scandinavian-inspired retreat combines privacy, striking architecture, and proximity to Capitol Reef. It’s a comfortable, well-designed basecamp by day — and a quiet, memorable place to unwind at night.

SPACE
Just 20 minutes from Capitol Reef National Park, Reflections offers convenient access to some of Southern Utah’s most impressive terrain. Explore Cathedral Valley, take on the trails at Swing Arm City, or observe the Mars Desert Research Station, then return to a peaceful desert setting with expansive views and exceptional stargazing.

This modern studio combines Scandinavian simplicity with a mirrored exterior that complements the surrounding mesas while enhancing daytime privacy. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls on three sides maximize natural light and showcase sweeping red rock scenery. In the evening, remote-controlled shades allow you to fully enclose the space for privacy and relaxation.

Each studio features:

• Mini fridge, microwave, single-burner cooktop, and coffee maker
• Clean, contemporary finishes

Guests have access to shared amenities including lounge seating, fire pits, corn hole, a community projector for outdoor movies, and a reservable sauna. Each unit also includes a private outdoor seating area, hammock, and personal fire pit.

With only eight studios on site, Reflections provides a more intimate experience with well-designed shared spaces — ideal for couples, solo travelers, or those seeking a comfortable, modern base near the park.

ACCESS
Each unit has it's own dedicated outdoor area along with access to a central communal area with a dining table, video projector, lounge seating fire pits. There is a communal sauna that can be booking for an additional fee.

NOTES
IMPORTANT, please read.
- Each unit is 234 sq ft. These are small studio homes that can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people. There is a small closet and cabinet for storage of personal belongings.
- During daylight hours the glass walls are mirrored from the exterior for complete privacy. After dark, they are completely see through from the outside when the lights are on. Each unit is equipped with remote control shades for your desired level of privacy.
