Inspired by Scandinavian design, the space is clean, intentional, and centered on light and views. Set near Capitol Reef, this unique retreat functions as both a modern basecamp for exploration and a quiet space to recharge each evening.

SPACE
Reflections is ideally located near Capitol Reef National Park, placing you close to one of Southern Utah’s most scenic and less-crowded national parks. At the same time, the property offers convenient driving access to Lake Powell and Goblin Valley State Park, making it easy to experience multiple iconic destinations from one central base.

Spend the day hiking through Capitol Reef’s red rock canyons, boating or exploring the shoreline at Lake Powell, or walking among the unique rock formations at Goblin Valley. Then return to a quiet desert setting with open views and exceptional stargazing.

The studio features clean Scandinavian design and a mirrored exterior that complements the surrounding mesas while enhancing daytime privacy. Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides fills the space with natural light and frames wide red rock views. Remote-controlled shades provide full privacy and comfort in the evening.

Each studio includes:
• Private bathroom
• Air conditioning
• Radiant heated floors
• Mini fridge, microwave, single-burner cooktop, and coffee maker
• Modern finishes throughout

Guests also have access to shared lounge seating, fire pits, corn hole, an outdoor movie projector, and a reservable sauna. Each unit includes a private outdoor seating area, hammock, and personal fire pit.

With only eight units on site, Reflections offers a quieter, well-designed stay — ideal for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a central, modern base to explore Southern Utah.

ACCESS
Each unit has it's own dedicated outdoor area along with access to a central communal area with a dining table, video projector, lounge seating fire pits. There is a communal sauna that can be booking for an additional fee.

NOTES
IMPORTANT, please read.
- Each unit is 234 sq ft. These are small studio homes that can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people. There is a small closet and cabinet for storage of personal belongings.
- During daylight hours the glass walls are mirrored from the exterior for complete privacy. After dark, they are completely see through from the outside when the lights are on. Each unit is equipped with remote control shades for your desired level of privacy.
